Relationship between water quality assessment and phytoplankton community structure of M River in Shijiazhuang City

After qualitative quantitative analysis, characteristics Minxin analyzed by Dominance (Y), Shannon-Wiener diversity (H’), Margalef Species (d) Pielou evenness (J). H’ was a significant positive (r = 0.923, P <0.05); J COD 0.918, There very negative d =-0.881, <0.01; r =-0.983, =-0.893, r=-0.962, P<0.01). result research indicates T, -N are main affecting structure.
